Led by Community Rebuildiers, the G.R.A.C.E. (Gather and Align to End Homelessness) Initiative leads a collaboration of nonprofits focusing on homelessness and housing insecurity. Funded through the American Rescue Plan, the initiative’s efforts aim to divert vulnerable families towards support, expand access to affordable housing, help close equity gaps and support the development of vibrant communities. Well House is proud to be a part of this initiative in the Grand Rapids community.
